Things are really coming together. It is hard to believe that in six days we have 100 days to go! June turned out to be very productive in respect to planning. We are hoping to finish up the vendor selection process in the next few weeks. Some of the things we accomplished, in no particular order, are: Bridesmaids have their dresses ordered; Groomsmen are preparing to be fitted for their tuxes; selected and ordered the invitations; tasted food samples of our reception venue; met with the first of several florists; began to discuss the layout of the reception; and are working to finalize our decoration plan.

The most exciting accomplishment, in my opinion, is that we have planned and booked our honeymoon! We are going to Jamaica the week after the wedding! We are looking forward to time on the beach, in the pool, and deep under water. We plan to take full advantage of our SCUBA certifications and dive all week.

As Lauren mentioned last month, I have been making updates and changes to the information on our website. I have added venue addresses and hotel group information for reservations to the Directions Page. We have finished migrating our photos over to the new picture gallery. I also added the JC Penney registry information to our Registry Page.

In July, we have tickets to see Green Day in DC! This will be a nice break from all the planning and vendor meetings we have had and will continue to have. We will get a chance in a few weeks to visit our reception venue once again, this time we'll see the desert options we have for our event.
